Thank you for the great session this morning. I really feel that I had an intense workout even though I didn't break a sweat. It was very helpful that in addition to any physical correction, you told me which muscles should be feeling the stretch and what minor adjustments to make to correct this if I didn't feel it where I should (usually imperceptible to the naked eye).
Afterwards I felt as if I'd just had an intense massage and the only aches I had was that warm sense of muscle fatigue. And the time just flew by which is the sure sign of a good lesson!
